NH County Government Prescription Discount Card http://naco.advancerx.com
A joint effort of participating counties (Belknap, Carroll, Grafton, Hillsborough, Merrimack, Strafford, Sullivan) and the National Association of Counties to offer a discount card – which is not insurance – for prescription drugs at participating pharmacies. Site (located at Caremark) provides a list of participating counties, pharmacies, and other helpful information about prescription medications. To obtain a card, go to your county’s website.

NH state agency that offers a variety of programs and services to eligible residents.

NH Health Access Network www.healthynh.com
Helps find ways to make it easier for people to get financial help for the health care they need. Site (located on the Foundation for Healthy Communities website) includes a list of providers – hospitals, clinics, doctors – who participate, and an application form

NH Health Costs www.nhhealthcost.org
Provides information on the price of medical care and health care services in New Hampshire.

NH Healthy Kids www.nhhealthykids.com
Provides access to low-cost and free health coverage options for New Hampshire’s uninsured children and teens.

NH Medication Bridge www.healthynh.com
Helps low-income people access needed medications from pharmaceutical companies. Site (located on the Foundation for Healthy Communities website) includes eligibility guidelines, assistance guide, and patient information.
